Concierge Individualized Interventions

The AICMS team will design a customized intervention plan based on the initial clinical assessment of your loved one and interviews with family members. This will include days or weeks of prepping each family member prior o the intervention, liaising with the family for placement services, or connecting the loved one and family members to the appropriate clinical and medical providers.
